Dr. Iona Irving Ph.D is the President and Founder of El Schaddei Outreach Ministries, Inc. She is an experienced Broadcaster/Radio Announcer, Public Relations Officer, Public Speaker, Motivational Speaker and Entrepreneur. She was educated at the University of the West Indies, Jamaica; La Universidad Autonoma De Puebla, Mexico, Pitman's Institute, England and International Vocational Training Center, USA. She is a woman of many talents. However, she dedicated all her talents to helping people achieve their Goals, Dreams and Aspirations. She has a passion for the poor and needy and is good at bringing out the gifts and talents in people.
